His extensive time spent traveling in Italy has instilled the importance of family, whether it be the dedicated staff that makes up your favorite restaurant or your literal family sitting down together to share a meal. Chef Brian's decades of experience and dedication to family have come together to launch his new project: Family Meal! Personal Chef Services
Full service culinary experiences for your family, friends or co workers in the comfort of your home. Everything is taken care of for you from meal design, food prep, and even grocery shopping. Enhance your event by adding on wine, beer or whiskey pairings - Chef Brian will share his go to pairings and even let you know where to order or purchase from! Groups from 4 to 10max; 3, 4, or 5 course options available. Prices as low as $170pp
Cooking Classes
Have you ever dreamed of an Italian cooking class where you learn to craft authentic pasta or pizza? Maybe some regional specialties from Venice or the Amalfi Coast? A plane ticket and a new suitcase aren't required to make this dream come true! Chef Brian has traveled and worked in Italy from Venice to Milan, Rome, and Tuscany and he is ready to share the experience by teaching you the secrets to great pizza, pasta, and more.
